Payment Terms and Conditions
- Tuition Fees
- Students can pay the tuition fees with a one-time plan or installment plan. Installments are due monthly, starting from the start date of classes (Tuition fees must be paid within the specified date).
- Payment System
- Our payment system is a prepaid system so you need to start to pay the tuition fees after 5 days of registration.
- Payment Reminders
- The students will receive the first payment reminders within one week before the due date. If the payment is not received within one week after the due date, students will be given a second reminder to make the payment. If the payment is still not made after the two reminders, the student’s enrollment will be terminated.
- Refund Policy

Withdrawal Before Start of Classes:
- If a student withdraws before the start of classes, the tuition fees will be refunded.

- No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after the start of classes.

- Registration Fees
- The students must pay the registration fees before taking the placement test.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Additional Fees
- Additional fees, such as examination fees, material fees, book fees, or other miscellaneous fees, will be communicated in advance.
- Payment Confirmation
- After making the payment, students must provide a payment screenshot to the Finance Team (EDU HUB) as proof of payment.
